No refunds are available once the order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order with strict quality checks. Therefore, we do not offer returns.

However, exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • The size received differs from the one in our size chart.

Note: Size and color cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

Exchange Process

If your order qualifies, email us at queenelanza@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the exchange
  • Clear photos showing the defect or issue (required)

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

  • Our team will inspect the product to verify the issue.
  • If approved, an exchange will be processed.
  • Final approval is at the sole discretion of our team.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

As each item is custom-made, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the order is placed.
